(MARRS-RX7) 2014 weekend format and schedule

I think I understand it.
1. So if, for example, Jim Harrison, the regular MARRS racer, enters the
April MARRS in his FP Miata he will earn points towards the runoffs (what
used to be called 'national points') in addition to MARRS points.
2. Similarly at the April MARRS, an IT racer will earn points toward a
newly devised NEDiv regional championship, in addition to MARRS points.
3. SRX-7, as a DC-only group, will earn only MARRS points.
