(MARRS-RX7) 2014 Class Rules

There being no objections and only positive feedback, I will add the
following sentence to class rules paragraph 7, regarding "Suspension":

"Watts link mounts on rear suspension can be replaced with MazdaTrix part
number MZ-1-WATT."
