(MARRS-RX7) Rotor question

If you could fit miata brakes that would be sweet as rotors are like $18
each and you only use 1-2 sets a year and are hats so separate from the
hub.  stock miata wheels were 14" not sure if a 13 would work but the bolt
pattern would be different anyway.
